I believe he said they were ready to sing but Kerry found out they were going to sing before singing at the democrat convention so mayor stop the appearance.. nuts huh

Shows you how petty Kerry is. This cost him some fireman votes. But it's in a State he will carry anyway.

What Rush said is that the mayor of Boston wouldn't let the firefighter quartet perform at the Bush fund raiser because it was "too political."

I believe they are scheduled to sing at the dem convention, but I can't find an article that confirms that.

Let's see if the mayor of Boston thinks that is too political.
