Kerry has said, that he would have waited on the invasion of Iraq, to try and get France's approval. He also said that he would have gone to war if the UN supported the offensive.

Whether you agree or disagree with going to war, That is putting up US policy for approval to the UN. Moreover, in context, France is on record as saying they saw almost no circumstances where they would concede going to war.

However, I do appreciate your demonstration of how uninformed you are about your candidate. There are many citations. This one is on his own website: johnkerry.com
