I agree. When SI fixes their problems (I can't access any
of my posts), I will post a number of articles, etc., that
show Clarke clearly lied & misrepresented significant
facts.

His August 2002, background briefing stands in stark
contrast to his public 9/11 testimony. No matter how
Clarke or anyone spins it, Clarke lied repeatedly, so his
credibility is shot completely.

Hopefully the 9/11 Commission will release his 15 hours of
classified testimony so he can be exposed publicly.
Apparently some Republicans in the know believe that
Clarke's classified testimony then is quite different than
his public remarks. Since he was under oath both times, he
could be charged with perjury (unlikely) or at least he
will be discredited.
