"And then we ought to make sure that as soon as possible thereafter consumers have plenty of choices..." Hmm... and yet he backs the decision that would allow Bells to monopolize their fiber assets, i.e., allowing them to avoid sharing optical resources. Where, then, with the exception of wireless alternatives, are these plenty of choices to come from?
