I thought they were in there during late 80's and didn't find anything . then later came across plenty of wmd. If he buries planes in the sand who knows what else is buring in a corner of Iraq. As for wmd there are enough people in the world clinton, kerry, kennedy who all said at one time or another iraq is a big thread and have wmd. we have printed these quotes hundreds of times on si.. let's get off wmd and get on with what happens in Iraq in the next couple of years. democracy , civil war.. terrorist nation.

If you read the Kay report, you will find that there were many many instances of deliberate deception of UNMOVIC with regard to active WMD programs and that UNMOVIC would have never found them.

When you say THey could not find any WMDs" let's be clear, they DID FIND active WMD programs, they did not find WMD stockpiles.
