Hi Zeev, the reason why the old thread was not continued is that once a thread has no posts in over 9 months, it won't be found in a search.

Personally, I'd rather have this thread, where, so far, there hasn't been any name calling by giant egos as Sir A. I know that you have the patience of Job with that kind of thing, but I don't. I'll stay here with Chris, where we have been civil to one another, regardless of trading position. That's very rare on message boards.
