I get the fact I am not the one making false assertions. That is and has been my point. That Dell has less than perfect service has never been in question. I have never contested that though you apparently think that is all I have done. Your extrapolitions from your individual experience that Dell has mediocre service overall and doesn't care about customers are patently FALSE. Your understandable frustration is not license for LYING.
