Without Perot Clinton probably would have lost.

That is not true. Perot took as many, if not more votes from the democrats. Studies have shown that Perot took more voters from the democrats in many states. But that on average that Perot voters came equally from the republican and democrat sides.

Check out the vote results of the 92, 96 and 2000 elections.

I really thought Clinton became successful when he moved to the middle and listen to the republican congress.
