And how, pray tell, is Kerry going to "crack down" on this? That would be akin to building a "Berlin Wall" and preventing a person from changing his/her citizenship! Why can't a corporation be free to change its citizenship just like an individual person? You don't seem to understand this issue at all! Even if a U.S. company re-incorporates in the Cayman Islands, they will still pay full U.S. taxes on their U.S. operations! They are only avoiding U.S. taxes on their non-U.S. operations.
