There was an article in the Wall Street Journal on Mar. 18th on this subject that stated "Researchers at IBM are claiming a scientific breakthrough that could help produce low cost sheets of circuitry."

They go on to state "For semiconductor materials, the IBM team used chalcogenides." Only time will tell how well our
patents hold up regarding Del Kroupa's quote or interpretation of Tyler Lowry that if anyone uses chalcogenides they will have to deal with us. I'm thrilled to have GE as our partner to protect our interests, or, I'm afraid we would again be in deep trouble dealing with the
likes of IBM.
