I know transfer pricing and it is manipulated all over the place. For example transfer pricing of software is a joke. Software transfer pricing is a few dollars and sold here for thousands. So there is a ton of work to be done there. But anyway I haven't seen all the details of the Kerry plan so I am reading a lot into this. All I know for sure is that products produced offshore and sold here will have their profits taxed in the US, and that is a good thing.
