Your logic is farcical. Fastow should be serving multiple life sentences. Not the other way around. You seem to be using his ridiculously lenient sentence as a guide for the hypocrisy in this society where white collar crime in luxuriantly rewarded, and where those who are guilty of not being accomplished thieves serve inordinately long sentences for seeking the solace of recreation drugs.

No need to "anticipate". Attacking the lower echelons of these criminal operations is exactly the modus operandi of the Department of Justice prosecutors. Unfortunately, in the case of a criminal mafia like Dynegy, the code of omerta still seems to be intact.
