Right-o, just this week Powell said that SH was in danger of being welcomed back into the international community and that had to be stopped. He wasn't becoming more 'out there' but was in danger of coming back in out of the cold.

Granted that SH was a thuggish murderer, getting Iraq back into normalcy was bad for the 25 million people who weren't SH? What just happened with Libya after 10 years of negotiations?
