On one of this neighbor's shopping trips, she said, Kerry appeared with his groceries and went straight to the front of the line demanding, "I'm a senator. Take these."

The proper response for the checker would be, "so you are, now get in the back of the line like everyone else does."

so where does this beligerant activity at the grocery store (which I doubt btw, senators rarely shop for their own groceries which is why politicians are always getting grilled on milk prices etc) stand in comparison to Bush's foul mouthed jokes about the execution of Carla Faye Tucker in Texas?
