It does not drive up the price, at all. The program is a failure. All the supply wanted for world consumption continues to be produced. The chemicals are restricted by US law but they continue to be imported via some US companies, but foreign companies are not restricted. The terrible health hazards are not there. We have been there since 1963 so I know quite a bit about the country. I used to live their on several occasions and am going there again in the next rwo months. We are never going to stop the business.
