James Woolsey (CIA chief under President Clinton), also seems to share this opinion. Very interesting, given that McVeigh's letter supporting Saddam, while on death row (and the fact, that the leading proponent of this hypothesis, believes that Iraq was involved in the Oklahoma City bombing).
