my point is that there are a number of issues with the current corporate taxation policy. One is that it encourages outsourcing, and admittedly this is going to be hard to fix. Another problem is that corps are abusing the US markets and avoiding taxes which hurts our federal budget and (more importantly) is an advantage to large multinationals at the expense of entrepreneurial startups. This plan addresses all of these things so comments that "this wont fix offshoring" are somewhat disingenuous. The good companies get a tax CUT under this plan at the expense of the poor corporate citizens.
