The way I read that is the PPI we just got is garbage and will remain garbage. Those percent change values also will not be available. In the next three monthly releases of PPI data, percent changes from January 2004 to subsequent months will not be available for the four series Seems especially timely that right when commodity (oil steel etc) prices seem to be accelerating up suddenly they can't be properly measured?
