So do you believe that members of al Qaeda were partially responsible for the Oklahoma City Bombing? Do you believe that Iraqis were developing chemical weapons for Sudan and bin Laden - when the United States bombed the Sudanese drug factory? Clarke apparently does.

Poll says 52% of the public believe Clarke. Another large segment say they simply don't know.
