Whether that be eat shellfish & go to hell, or eat pork & go to hell. What do women get I wonder, 100 well-endowed male virgins?lol I assure you women have little use for virgins. And I cannot think of anything more frustrating than spending eternity teaching what is where to a hundred virgin men. Arrgh -g- "What do women get?" is a question I have asked a number of times in my early teens, to get thrown out of the mandatory religion class when bored out of my skull. It worked every time, like a charm. Anyway, the answer seems to be this - Although it doesn't say so outright in the Quran (not to annoy the faithful men?) "huris" -i.e. the heavenly beings the faithful will have in heaven- are not described as "women" at all and can very easily be interpreted as men as well as women. The phrase translates as "pure beautiful beings", if I recall correctly, but don't hold me to it. It's been a long time since I was thrown out of one of those classes :-) Some descriptions of the huris: For the God-fearing a blissful abode, Enclosed gardens and vineyards And damsels with swelling breasts, their peers in age, And a full cup. Sura An-Naba' (lxxviii) 31-4. And theirs shall be the Huris with large dark eyes, like pearls hidden in their shells. Of a rare creation have we created the Huris, And we have made them ever virgin. Sura Al-Waqi'ah (lvi) 22, 34-5. [The problem is that translations vary quite a bit, and what is "virgin" in one can be "virtue" in another.] Re Hitler quote - Send it by PM, if you like.
