I'm trying to recall the last time I saw AS violate the TOU's, or saw anyone accuse him of violating the TOU's.

It's Spring, and he's only been gone a week. He probably just went on vacation or something. Odd that it would become the subject of speculation on this thread that he was unfairly suspended or terminated.

SI Dave often announces when he is suspending someone, so others will be mindful of similar conduct. I didn't see any such announcement in AS's case.

EDIT: I see Dave has already confirmed that no suspension took place.
