Right on, bro.

But watch out, lefties view words like "good" and "evil" as in the exclusive domain of the religious right.

C'mon Chuckie, I've seen better by Cyberken. How about a little "round them up into camps," with a few "purges" thrown in? What happened to creativity on your far-right side of things? Is radicalism in a rut? THINK Chuck, THINK.

That good vs. evil thing is getting overused. The new head of Hamas is using it AGAINST us. He's calling for God (a different God, maybe?) to PUNISH US!

That right vs. wrong thing is starting to droop a little too. You need something with a little more bang to it. A thunderclap announcement from the sky settling right from wrong on our actions in Iraq, on preemptive war, and on the right to seize and imprison people without charges, trial or visitation for indefinite periods of time would do it. Why don't you arrange for that?

While you're at it why don't you arrange for your "good vs. evil" announcement from the sky to explain how important it is to kill hundreds of women and children in order to assassinate a few possible bad guys. Or maybe you DON'T really want to bring "good" or "god" into it? Maybe you ought to leave "right from wrong" out of it too?

Maybe it's just about pragmatic realism where the ends justify the means when you weigh your interests heavily and the opposing interests lightly?

I can live with that. Just be careful that all those repressive, and punitive, and lawless actions that seem so smart in the short term don't bite your head off a few years and a generation later. But then you don't think that far ahead, do you?
