Do you agree with Arisitide on this position?" LOL! The United States invaded, and put Aristide back in power in 1994 it now 2004 (he wanted to be President till at least 2006). The term of a President in Haiti is 5 years. Further, I've read that Aristide had delayed legislative elections over a year, so he was basically running the country by decree.
