No, I've been following cold fusion for years. I understand the ins and outs of the controversy. The fact is that a lot of research has been undertaken into cold fusion around the world, perhaps you haven't bothered looking into it. Cold fusion is now much better understood and much more reproducible. It's not just wishful thinking. We'll all know soon enough though. This will not be a repeat of the Pons and Fleischman debacle on 1989. Much more is understood about how to design the cold fusion cells to make them reproducible than was known at the time of the original announcement.
