The same Cheney, who created a special office for sexing-up WMD intel (by bypassing official channels, as CIA Tenet had to admit), is the guy who made the NSC dysfunctional!

Ted, I tell you, it's time to face very serious questions now.

There is no question that Cheney is dangerous. He's had me worried for a long time.........I worry about the full extent of his agenda and what he is capable of doing to get that agenda in place.
