I once looked at some property in N.C. where the sellers had set up a homeowners assn with RULES. I said, you know, I like the property but frankly I am trying to ESCAPE these damn homeowner assn's. They replied this is to protect you from Jerry Redneck (or something like that) I replied, I guess I didnt introduce myself properly, my name is JOHNNY REDNECK!! jdn
