Well it is a matter of debate if the tax cuts are working. So far the results don't back up Bush's statements that asked for their enactment. As for cutting the size of government Bush certainly hasn't done that and remember the temporary and affordable deficits they would result in? He was certainly wrong on that point. And where will the spending be cut?
