Highlight the cells that you want to print.

Go to File, Print Area, Set Print Area

Then File, Print Preview.

Print preview should show the highlighted cells - and then proceed to print it.

Carolyn, I simply highlight the cells I want to print, copy them, and open a fresh S/S and paste them there. Go in and adjust the column widths to what you want and print away. When finished, simply close the new S/S without saving it (unless you'll be needing it again).
