i understand there are two surveys. the point was the unemployment rate was skewed to look better, and now the job adds will be skewed to look better as well. it is duplicitous to add the raw numbers even as seasonal "adjustments" are made elsewhere. the headline number should exclude the striking workers, but it won't.
