Before 9/11, There were many things Bush (Rice) could have done but didn't.

If nothing could have been done to prevent 9/11 during the Bush 8 months, why did they decide to arm pilots, put more air marshals on planes and federalize the security force doing screeing at the airports. Why did they establish task forces to hunt down the sources of terrorist funding. There were many things they could have done but didn't.

I think I'm starting to understand the motive.....the more you can bog down the conversation with this childish bull**it, the more you can prevent actual intelligent discourse about the issues.
