Just as Rush's addiction was none of anyone's business.

He's been looked at for CRIMINAL activity: doctor shopping and money laundering to name just two.

That is everyone's business if you care about the rule of law.

Rush HAS ADMITTED he is a liar and hypocrite. He did so on his own show or weren't you paying attention?
