I don't, and would not commit the obvious error of denying that Mohammad was a real person who lived and made certain religious claims. The truth of his claims are something I would question. Jesus backed up His claims by rising from the dead. Mohammad denies the claims of Jesus and did not do anything that would cause me to believe his claims. Therefore I conclude Jesus has more credibility than Mohammad.

"If you deny Mohammed then you will look very foolish indeed too , to 1bil people who do believe in this ."

As I said, of course there is a difference between denying his existence as a historical person and denying that what he taught was true.
