"System for electrolysis"? Great. I could probably make a basic one if I spend half an hour refreshing my high school physics classes, where, incidentally, we DID make a system for electrolysis. Kind of like this:nmsea.org I am sure there is something novel about this system, and hence the patent, but this is not cold fusion - i.e. this is not the patent for generation of energy through nuclear fusion at room temperatures. 5632870 Energy generation apparatus ***** Kucherov, Yan R Really. And? What makes you think this "apparatus" produces nuclear fusion and hence generates energy?5659173 Converting acoustic energy into useful other energy forms ***** Putterman, Seth J. * Nice. But, perhaps more obviously than others, it has NOTHING to do with cold fusion. "Conversion of acoustic energy into other useful energy forms"? Like using the vibrations in a noisy room to turn a mill? Sorry if my mind is not nimble enough to comprehend how that relates to nuclear fusion. Two groups offer kits for sale with MONEY-BACK GUARANTEES of success Come on :-) Are you suggesting there are people out there who actually generate energy through cold fusion and they have never come forward for fear of becoming rich and famous? There are also "groups" who offer money-back guarantee of success with penis enlargement. Or casting horoscopes. Or slimming down two sizes in a week. They send e-mails every day. The European patent office has issued a Notice of Intent to grant the Pons-Fleischmann patent for cold fusion. What is a "Notice of Intent" and what does this particular patent request claim to do?
