I was behind one of those hybrids on the way to work this AM that had a bumper sticker on it that said, Eat My Voltage. I contrasted that to the bumper sticker I saw on a Hummer the other day that read All Guys Love Hummers. I know it has to be telling me something but I'm just sure what.

Toyota plans to offer all their cars in hybrid versions over next few years. New Toyota 6 cylinder hybrid for Lexus and Highlander combines power and acceleration of 8 cylinder with fuel economy of 4 cylinder. The new Ford Escape hybrid will have Toyota drive trains, Ford admitting that Toyota has a three year technology lead. Toyota signed joint venture agreement to build Prius hybrid for Chinese market. The writing is on the wall -- Toyota (and to a lesser extent Honda) has read the tea leaves.
