I just tried it and it's a little hard to find. I loaded all my music and then hit the tiny up/down arrow (toggles shuffle)just to the right of the volume button at the bottom of the screen (full mode) and it's working fine.

BTW,

Last time I did a Windows Update I found an update for Windows Media. I don't know if you've downloaded it or not, but you may want to.

and while we're on the subject of music, does anyone here have any experience with Windows Media Player 9?
