Never a real job, never married, no children. I think that doesn't matter. But what made Dr. Rice think that Al-Q threat was not urgent , so she opposed to the experts reasoning? What kind of expertise in counterterrorism did she have? Or was it more a "feeling" out of the guts? So the 9/11 misjudgment was based on a "feeling" instead of a rational? "The President himself admitted that "I didn't feel the sense of urgency" about terrorism before 9/11. [source: W-post]" Why did he "feel" there's no sense of urgency? Based on what facts or advice did he decide to "not feel the sense of urgency?"
