Analysts said the division left it looking unlikely that OPEC, which meets in Vienna on Wednesday, would respect a lower output ceiling designed to prevent a supply surplus during the second quarter when demand traditionally falls.

"Obviously the split within OPEC is not healthy," said analyst Steve Turner of Commerzbank. "It's difficult to see a significant cut-back in production ahead of the seasonal downturn."

I am annoyed when you and others like you try to flame every issue in a manner that totally polarizes the nation. You guys say things that absolutely ignore the economic realities of markets - just to try to make points. Hence the new verb "to kerry". Meaning to attack in a such a manner as to avoid honest discussion.

You guys want bad for America to defeat someone you do not like. You do not argue ideas - you push hate. Bad for America is good for you.

You kerry every issue to avoid a substantive discussion.

Yes - China is booming - but you trash the idea - why? Either you guys are too stupid and uniformed to know it - or you want to kerry the issue of energy prices. Which is it = kerrying or stupidity?
