This is better -In another example of warring Fatherland Factions, SEC andthe FBI used terror threats to jack the price of gasoline up nationwide. The secretive FBI Directorate of Alternative Funding is buying energy futures like Washington State alumni buying beer.

The director of the FBI,was overheard to complain "but congress wasn't funding us properly! We can't even afford 2-ply in my office!"
