Woodward claiming the Bush said that he "didn't feel the sense of urgency" isn't evidence that Bush disagrees with the idea expressed in my post.

It isn't evidence that anti-terrorism was put on the back burner prior to 9/11, let alone that it is undisputed or indisputable that terrorism was put on the back burner until 9/11. Certainly you have provided no evidence that Bush would agree that it is undisputable that terrorism was put on the back burner until 9/11.
