I agree.

Unfortunately, this ruling will not impact them.

How many CEO's have successfully taken companies public?

This is the shortage issue.

Yesterday, I completely agreed BODs needed to pull back on the executive compensation. However, with these new potential rulings, BODs should keep an eye on China's exec comp packages and also watch if people move overseas, before we push back on executive compensation here. So far, the pay here is better, but there are some execs whom are obviously more attracted to China's handling of options.

It's sad. This two-tier stuff isn't good for our country.

edit: OTOH how many execs want to live in Sars-land and deal with IP theft? Hopefully we don't lose execs due to this ruling. They should make it international though, otherwise it'll put the USA at a huge disadvantage (yet again).
