As I previously informed your ignorant butt, a great deal of law is made by the Courts. Separation of Powers is no exception.

Nevertheless, the administration has elected to waive its claim, subject to the agreement of all commission members, IN WRITING (which they have given), that doing so shall not be considered precedent for future actions of this nature.

I think he made his point adequately, and have no personal objection to the testimony.

I'm not sure what you're complaining about. The commission is getting what it wanted in the first place and the president has managed to minimize the damage to the presidency in the process.
