George, I will continue to monitor Qlogic closely for a buy opportunity. I do not think that will be for at least several months. I do not know what is going on in the SAN space, but it is not going gangbusters like days of old. Mcdata and Brocade have not been lighting any fires, and Qlogic now slows. I am sure that ELX is next.

Is the unit growth not there? Are they just killing each other on price? Are Cisco and EMC impacting the sector? I don't know, but I will have to figure this out before I jump back in.

Besides, I think the market is in a downtrend right now, and I am not going to commit any cash until I see it turn up. Even then, I will look at Cree, Comcast, Linear technology, Maxxim, Xilinx and Veritas before Qlogic. All IMHO, wj
