The terror situation is much worse in the entire world, wouldn't you say? It seems focused on Western targets. Still, terror will increase so long as the victim countries become paralysed into unproductive reactions to each event. It's time to quit letting the terrorists set the agenda and start treating them as the organised crime network they are. Fundamentally, there is nothing different between AlQaeda and a mafia extortion ring. It's time to quit raising their importance to nation-state status and just clean them up. A war against good and evil cannot be won, and if it were how would you know? A specific target can be cleaned up. TP
