You're not making any sense here. You're taking a single episode with three men we know nothing about, and because they demonstrated to you some sort of contradiction in their conclusions that they "don't understand basics of science" and that is supposed to buttress some statement made by "the Sophists" (source unknown). Look, your three geophysicists suffered a mutation. Or, "simply went mad". Simple, huh? Does "accredited" mean "unable to make mistakes"?? Knowing the "basics of science" also involves knowing when your own presence causes a bias to the event. For all we know, these three "accredited" geophysicists didn't like you, and =gave= you bogus results!! So you would not ask for any more! Possible? Probable!! "blind faith in a branch of science"<<< there is obvious contradiction within this statement that proves you have no 'scientific' sense.
