Ian This was done in vitro and while encouraging it doesn't say much about what will happen when tried in humans. The combination with Velcade and histone deacetylase inhibitors does pop up from time to time, so maybe they have got something there. I don't think there is any approved HDI yet, which might complicate the clinical design somewhat. If they get so far. But as they and independent investigators seem to want to try everything, I suspect that sooner or later the combination will be studied. Erik
