Liar...once again AS returns with his stupid statements. Welcome back AS... All GW cared about militarily before 9-11 was to make tax-payers shell out for his hugely expensive and unworkable SDI program.

He stole the money from our children by putting the cost all on the national debt. If he had any way to repay the money you might be able to not call it theft, but there is none. Junior cared about many other things. He cared about raising the allowed amount of arsenic in drinking water. He cared about selling all of the de-regulation he could. He cared about perpetuating the fraud on California so Enron and Ken Lay might be able to keep from going bankrupt. Later he cared about Enron shredding as many of those documents as they could before the government finally stepped in. He cared about putting the biggest tax increase in history on children. He cared about the rich by giving them a huge reduction in their taxes. He cared about gutting laws which protect the environment. He cared about many other things, most all of which favored his "master race" (rich republicans).
