Really? So if Wolfowitz has foreign policy views shaped in large part by his beliefs concerning what is best for Israel, then to comment on his policy prescriptions for the middle east is antisemitism because he is Jewish? I don't think so.

Hardly. It's done all the time. Cross country comparisons of that sort are on the staple of international politics. Hardly makes it antisemitic if Israel is one of the countries.
