My proposal for the Faluga problem.

-Which will be found totally unacceptable so I leave it incomplete.-

Announcement to the citizens of Fauga.....

On the plains below you will observe a tent city being erected.

If attacks on the Iraqi Government forces continue, that is where you will live for an indeterminate time. .

Cots, meals, bottled water, electricity, and outdoor sanitary facilities will be provided.

If and when you are asked to leave, you will be searched upon entry to the new areas. You will also be asked to provide the names of your family members, and the address of your home.

You will also leave your house keys and car keys, so that entry can be made without breaking down doors.

Any information you care to provide about those who have been carrying out attacks will be welcome and will speed your release to return home.

A drop-off point will be provided for arms and explosives,
or you can provide a list of what is left at your home.

All attemps will be made by Government forces to prevent looking, including helicopter overflights.

Following evacuation of Faluga, a house to house search will be conducted.

Finding unreported arms or explosives will result in destruction of the house if the home owner has not provided a believable excuse when he leaves.

Notice: We dont have to erect all the needed tents to begin with, just bulldoze one square mile and start will perhaps 5000 tents and see if the threat alone can reduce
the bombings.
