It already is, and has been for over a year now <g>.....Still a nice long term safety net.....one must be diverse....MSFT isn't going anywhere and will always have their hands in new and emerging technology/markets....I am sure in 20 years, I will be glad I held my msft, just like those that bought ibm 25 years ago are happy they still own it today...Would I buy MSFT today? No. Would I buy IBM now? No. But I dont mind holding them.......and they dont comprise a large % of my portfolio anyway and they are not holding me back from buying others...heck, I am about 45% cash right now, so can buy what I want, if I want to...so holding msft and ibm does not make me miss gains in others.....
