RE: unemployment. It depends on where you are, and what
industry you are in.

IT has been in a Depression since 2000. That's a fact.

The US has lost almost 3 million jobs since Bush took office - another fact.

This will be the first administration to lose jobs in 75 years, since Herbert Hoover - another fact.

I can tell you that I'm in a large corporation in Michigan, in the auto industry.

I also know people in other large companies in Texas, California, etc.

There have been many IT job losses in the last 3 years. That is a fact.

Many highly skilled people have been let go. Some do get new jobs - after many months of unemployment, but I know personally of many highly skilled that have not.

It is a fact, I can tell you that. All the good cheer and pep talk in the world does not change simple job facts.
